Mr. Altaf Hussain Wani, Director, Kashmir Institute of International Relations spoke on "Indian Atrocities in Kashmir in the context of Human Rights Violation" to the participants of the 26th Junior Diplomatic Course. Later Dr. Syed Rifaat Hussain, gave an Introduction to the Pakistani Political System.
