The Academy in collaboration with the Hanns Seidel Foundation, Pakistan Office held a Seminar on ""Refugee Crises - Lessons from Pakistan and Beyond". Participants pf the 37th Specialized Diplomatic Course attended the event.

Prof. Dr. Martin Sökefeld, Head of Institute of Anthropology, Ludwig Maximilian University, Munich spoke on "Between Humanitarianism and Political Realism: Anthropological Perspective on the Refugee Crisis in Germany".

Dr. Mazher Hussain, Lecturer at Isl amia University Bahawalpur covered "Refugee Crisis Across the Globe – Mapping the Challenges to the international community and the subsequent responses: An analytical study of the past two decades".

The talks were followed by Q&A session.
