As part of capacity building measures, a Media Workshop was held at the Academy, on 1 November 2016. The first session was covered by Mr. Shafkat Jalil, Director General (External Publicity), Ministry of Information who briefed the participants on "Implementation of Government's Media Policy, Strategy and Challenges". In the second session Mr. Mohammad Nafees Zakaria, Spokesperson of Ministry of Foreign Affairs discussed "Media Impact on diplomacy and Role of Spokesperson of the MOFA and Guidelines for Media Handling in Missions Abroad".
