September 12 ,2018 Mr. Moeed Yusuf, Vice President of Asia Center at the US Institute of Peace, a well renowned scholar, author and researcher, concurrently, Research Fellow at the Harvard Kennedy School, visited the Foreign Service Academy, Islamabad to deliver a talk on Pakistan-US Relations. Mr. Yusuf elaborated upon the Pakistan-US Relations and also spoke about the future of the bilateral relations of the two countries.

May 10 ,2018 A delegation of the Royal College of Defence Studies (RCDS) UK headed by Maj Gen (R) Simon Lestie Porter visited the Foreign Service Academy. Subsequently, a joint session of 38th Specialized Diplomatic Course with the visiting RCDS delegation was held in Jinnah Hall. Followed by a talk by Ms. Salma Malik.

April 09,2018 Participants of 38th Specialized Diplomatic Course joined the Foreign Service Academy after completing their Common Training at Civil Services Academy Lahore.
